Would 8 wins next year be acceptable?

For me, it would be better than the past few years. I could live with, but want more.

 

It is a start.

 

But next year's schedule looks even more brutal than this year's to me.

 

8 wins would shock the hell out of me. I can't see them on the schedule. That means some serious improvement is necessary to get to that total or more.

 

Acceptable? I'd dance in the streets if we won 8 next year!

I'd take it. It would mean some meaningful wins, for sure.

 

The concern would be that we did stay at 8-wins a year. This isn't USCe in the mid to late nineties.

Agreed. 8 wins is not my ceiling, but I'd love it if we got there next year. It would show LOTS of improvement.

 

It would be but right now it's looking like the reality. Here's to hoping we can be next years Auburn.

8 wins seems like a dream....how sad is that? a mediocre season would make us feel great

 

have to start somewhere. we were/are in a deeper hole than auburn.

 

8 wins would be great next year, but 8 wins the year after would be disappointing.

 

They'll **** up the QB situation next year and the defense will be next level awful. 5-7 and another year of the MAC staff.

 

I don't know what happens, but if we go 5-7 or worse next season something inside of me is going to give.
