If Dooley doesn't make the correct changes, Hart will fire him. That's not going out on a limb at all. That will happen.

Question is, who do they disagree on in regards to replacing?

I've heard quite a bit that Chaney isn't happy. It makes no sense for Dooley to stick his neck out for him it that's true.

Who does Dooley want to replace coaches with? This is where it gets interesting.

Was just talking to a buddy of mine (some of you know him) about what is going on right now. Evidently, everything was fine Sunday night and Joseph and HH were going to be shown the door. Well between then and now, there is a split and bickering among the staff including.....probably starting with Dooley. Bagget is wanting out due to problems with Dooley, Milton, and Rogers. Rogers and Milton had been able to talk and treat Bagget like a bastard and Dooley has protected them. It seems as thought everything is starting to blow up and Hart is getting tired of it. If you remember last year the whole Chuck thing and Wilcox and how it took a little while for Dooley to do anything about it. Well it looks like Dooley has continued his way of not being able to lead and has absolutely lost control of the team, the staff, and pretty much everything else other than shower etiquette

Anybody want to take a crack at Dooley's chances of getting the ax now?

    I am around 40%

There's starting to be a theme of, minus Milton, their being a heirarchy of players and what they can/can't do. I can fully understand how so many of them would grow tired of it.

When Hart had a meeting with Dooley Sunday night, Dooley was told to come back with better answers and not excuses. Sunday night I would say 10%.....from what I have been hearing the last 4-6 hours, I would put it at 49% that he doesnt coach here next season.

Well, if Bagget decides to go who would be a good replacement? Will that impact the JUCO WR Patterson?

If Baggett goes, then Hart needs to immediately send Dooley back to wherever the [uck fay] he came from.
