If they decided to sit Tua and let him recover from that knee then I think Pruitt could put a pretty solid plan together to handle a Hurts led offense. I work with LaBryan Ray's (D lineman at bama) dad and was just joking around with him about the game. He said Tua is playing ... so we done.
If Tennessee wins or even keeps it close enough to keep everyone interested for 4 quarters I swear I’m going to re-join Twitter just to rub Scarborough’s nose in it. That snotty “of course” we know Tennessee isn’t going to be any trouble attitude just pisses me the [uck fay] OFF!!
The dude just doesn't turn the ball over. He may not throw for 380 but it's gonna be hard to get extra possessions by turning him over.
My only guess is volume. Be good enough up front against the run to umbrella the deep stuff, make high check it down until he gets impatience.
After that bomb on the second play from scrimmage in that game Missouri started bracketing the deep routes. Bastard just dumped a quick slant off to Jeudy for a about a 60 yard RAC.
If it was easy..... Its kinda like fighting Tyson back in the day. You have to survive the early knockout punches to even have a chance. Nobody has done that yet.
I would imagine if Saban was preparing for this game with Trumpet Boy as our coach, he'd be dead set on not playing Tua, because he knows he absolutely doesnt need him. With Pruit, however, he probably has enough respect to try and at least play him first half and get a comfortable lead before putting Hurts in. Either way if it was me, I'd be resting him for LSU. But that's me.
If we hadn’t lost the 8 loss bragging right, I’d say 8-4. Seeing as how we already went 4-8 last year, [uck fay] it. Let’s do it again, but sweep the Gulf’s butthole this time.
