Let’s say, just hypothetically, I’m the president and I find a way to improve the conditions at detention centers to an objectively humane standard and I don’t separate parents from children. And then, after a fair process I send the overwhelming majority who don’t have a legitimate asylum claim back. The left will shut up? I doubt it.
