Is Cutcliffe going to give him a piggyback ride out to wave to the crowd, too?

    Fulmer can get [uck fay]ed.

5 years from now, he'll get his Neyland crowd waving moment.

I'd laugh if it's during a Lane Kiffin-coached football season.

And he'll get a warm reception if weve recovered enough from his dumbass shenanigans that we're too happy to boo.

When you just accept that Fulmer is in it for Fulmer first and foremost every single time you just accept it better.

Fulmer could put a gun to Smokey's head and pull the trigger and about 15-20% of the fanbase would say Smokey needed to be put down and Fulmer was the only man willing to do it.

I can accept it as soon as I've seen some residual benefit.

    That 15-20% is dwindling

It was probably 75% after he was fired. It's swindling fast.

I'm salty that a temp caretaker AD who was going to be in for 2 years to stabilize things will end up getting paid for 6 years, working only 3 of them and leading us to sanctions. Complete waste of time and money. He grifted UT. He is who Majors said he was.

Hate on it all you want, but that won't change things. He's getting a(nother) victory lap down the road and fond recollections, even concerning his AD tenure, in university publications and such. The part that will make you maddest...the orange overall brigade will lap it up and ask for more. I'm not saying it will be deserved, but it will be.

The only hope of this not happening is if the next coaching hire is Saban-isches to the point he becomes forgotten much like Gene Stallings eventually was at bammer.

pieces of shit getting bullshit laurels isn't new, and doesn't refute anything. We have statues to traitorous Confederate generals.

If it was the fastest way to get him out the door, I'll bear it.

    1. The levels of fail and shame that he's shepherded us into aren't lost on those folks. The name Jeremy Pruitt will forever be handcuffed to his "legacy" in everyone's minds.

    2. Gene Stallings is a top notch individual and a credit to the coaching profession.

    1. None of that will matter one bit.

    2. Gene is a fine individual and an overrated coach who Fulmer put out to pasture.

You compared him to treasonous confederate Generals.
A little too drama queenish for me..
