Granted there’s a part of me that wonders if you should be a judge of a group assembling peacefully affects your ability to rule.
I'm guessing the risk is pissing off the judge who then makes a decision that is a retaliation against first amendment rights, but is written up with some other opinion even though it was really that the judge didn't like protestors.

I've never considered the food truck game in DC but now that I think about it, there's probably some amazing stuff there.
I just want to do a couple of tours of America. First being eating at the amazing local diners. The second being hitting up the food trucks.
If the leaders (UT, legal, State) feel this would do more harm than help, then might I suggest a tailgate party? If the State wins, open up Neyland for a victory celebration? Give the rowdies a better alternative to distract and guide them?
