Honestly, if Danny White is going BSD, you make the call to Columbia and offer to double Dawn Staley's current salary. There's a small chance it works, but this we are the program which was primary in making this sport what it is today. So, go big, like for real big. Tennessee is the Alabama football, Kentucky men's basketball, LSU baseball, etc. of women's b-ball. Also, I think a lot of the Lady Vol mafia is falling by the wayside, the ancient blue hairs of the 90s and 00s, and their "They must have a connection with Pat" demands which handcuffed Fulmer aren't there anymore.

It ain't my money, so I don't care about the number. But, I mean to say you take a swing as a titan of the sport. We are entering danger territory of being UCLA basketball or Nebraska football for the foundational program of the sport.

Pay him, too. Or, just offer Staley a million more than she's getting now, whatever. Point is, take a swing.

I can't believe Staley would leave USCjr after being there 16 years and the recent success but you never know.
