The track program was the best in the country when Hamilton took over. In just a few short years he let it erode into the cellar over what I remember being contract issues. Seems like he couldn't justify maintaining the salaries of those involved even though they were contending for titles annually.

 

The economy was in a recession. Did track titles help put butts in the seats to make money?

well they got LF - was hoping for Texas - would mean Saban was going to go to Texas after-all.

Once again I think it comes down to Lsu, UF, and USC. I think he goes to Lsu. But I'm hardly right on predictions.
