I want to see us beat somebody we probably should not beat. And not shit the bed against someone we can handle. We do that and I think 9 wins is doable. Not to be overly optimistic, but perhaps even more. Not sure how good OU or Florida will be, but I do not think anyone in the East is unbeatable.
Ignoring Bajakian, Tennessee is as as good as anyone in the East next year. I do think some people forget how inept our scheme is against quality defensive players.

I think McKenzie can have a Shaun Ellis impact. He may not have any stats to show for it, but if he ties up 2 blockers, Barnett becomes even more disruptive

I mean, Barnett was dominate at times, started all year, I know it's a little different from outside to inside but it's not like he's got to put on weight or isn't strong enough already. I think he and Shy both make an immediate impact. Probably not Barnett level but an impact nonetheless.
He's going to make an impact, but he has a chance to be come in and already be a good to great sec DT as an 18 year old, not just a freshman with a few good plays, if that makes sense.
