It isn’t. Watch the video I linked where it does a mashup of his delivering the same lines a couple of years ago and today. I’m happy that he’s going to be the Dem nominee, IP. I don’t think he’s well, and it’s obviously not merely a stuttering problem.
I first knew of Joe Biden when I read Cramer’s “What it Takes” book on the ‘88 election, when Biden tried to continue even after a diagnosis of his having a brain tumor, and I’ve always thought him brave and likable, ever since. He will not beat Trump, or even come close, and he is not well. I wish he were well, and do not wish him any harm, whatsoever.
I'm not gleefully pointing anything out. I've watched people with it, it's sad as hell. I don't want him to have it, it's a terrible disease. I hope he's healthy, I don't wish it on anyone.
Meanwhile, in Wisconsin, the Supreme Court says the primary must go on and this is the Speaker of the State Assembly addressing voters today:

Can someone please post the photos of her staring daggers at Brett Kavanaugh during his hearing?
Trump says mail in voting is horrible, it's corrupt. Of course he voted by mail in Florida's election, because he's allowed to.
There are also five states which vote entirely by mail. What happened in Wisconsin yesterday was disgraceful.
I don't really like mail in voting, but what I agree that what happened in Wisconsin was a crock of shit
Using snail mail to vote in 2020 just seems asinine and embarrassing to me in a First World country. The alternative to in-person voting should be a secure online portal.
