I think missing 58 shots at the rim hurt us more than their pace did

 

Not to mention missing a bunch of free throws.

 

On second watch I thought Aidoo was better than I was thinking live. Still a couple of soft finish attempts but it seemed like more

 

somehow looked soft and finished with a double-double

 

The Bama game was also exactly like this

 

I imagine it’s a little harder for someone built like Aidoo to keep their balance than it is a normal body. The math would seem to make it so. He’s just not built to bump too much

 

North Carolina goes down again. Pathway is open for us to a #1 seed.

If they ever learn to use their athleticism to be serviceable on defense they will be a problem. They usually have a way of improving. The fact that it is already February and they still haven’t learned yet is promising though

 

The whole objective against them should be to get the under the basket oob play

 

Vandy also played awful. Settling for contested outside shots and failing to rebound.

 

There were more Ky fans than Vandy. Has to be deflating

 

Yeah, it had to be deja vu from the Tennessee game, and this time they already had the fight beaten out of them.

 

Well, Ky fans don't have jobs and vandy tickets are practically free.

 

1. I thought Aidoo was playing more physical than he has previously, not that it's a high bar to clear.

2. We can't have a UNC-type let down tonight.

 

I'm hoping we have turned a corner for a deep run.

 

So glad Gumby arms isn’t over there flapping around and yelling while looking past who he’s yelling at. Weirdo. Makes so much sense he and invol were HS buddies.

 

I will hazard a guess that the cheapest Vandy@Tennessee tickets will be cheaper than Tennessee@Vandy. Although you can't get these great views in Knoxville:
