There’s a reason I think the coaching community is behind Barnes pretty much to a man.

 

I wish the officiating community felt the same

 

If I was a referee a coach running his mouth before the game would have the opposite effect on me

 

Yup. And I’d T him up first time he said a word.

 

Of course, one of my daydreams is becoming a referee, rising through the ranks, and first time I do a Kentucky game, completely making a farce of it and fouling out their entire roster, knowing full well I’ll never do another game

 

You'd have free beers in most bars in East TN. And rightly so.

 

So a 30-0 run is dropping a nuke?

Illinois brought a terrible game plan and it only got worse.

 

I made that comment in the NCAA basketball thread. Underwood outsmarted himself from the beginning, but his refusal to make adjustments was foolish.

 

Illinois looked like they shot their wad 48 hrs ago. From the get go they looked doomed. Missed their first shots and first free throws, went into a shell and never got out of it.

 

Our best shot at a final four, maybe ever, and we get stuck with [uck fay]ing Purdue and Edey while Bama beats Clemson to make it.

 

It is really [uck fay]ing ridiculous that Tennessee has to go through Purdue for the Final Four while Alabama played Clemson. Imagine if tournaments were reseeded after every weekend.

 

And UConn due for an off game after winning like 4 straight by 30+.

 

8:10 am and I’m already scared to eat because I’m afraid I’ll throw it up.

 

never knew you were this into hoops. I know u prefer football but this game man it’s like no other.

 

I love the chaos of the set bracket, but I hate how we have always choked when the bracket opens up for us and then random teams like Alabama and NC State only need one big upset to waltz into a deep run.

 

Anything Vols makes me like that

 

my wife has never really been a basketball fan, mainly from not being close to the sport and lack of full understanding of all the intricacies but she has been planning meals and such around games and more stressed than me. All Vol.

 

Seems like a helluva day to make history.
