I guess... I wouldn't hate a Kelly hire at all, it just wouldn't make me giddy either...

 

I would be doing cartwheels. I would be singing from my rooftop. I would go buy a whole new Vol wardrobe.

 

Does anyone think we could get Patterson? I think he'd be great, but I don't get why his name keeps getting mentioned.

I haven’t heard of anyone yet who thinks we would have a snowball’s chance of getting Patterson.

 

UCF wasn’t bad that long ago. Best UGA in a bowl game a few years back. Plus it’s not like FL is low on talent.

Hell they won Fiesta Bowl like four years ago. A lot is made of the 0-12 season they had before Frost arrived, but they won over 30 games the three seasons before that.

I say that because I just don't get the feeling Kelly wants anything tondo with us... I have absolutely NOTHING to base that feeling on mind you, but I think we could land Frost.

As far as Patterson goes, he'd be my clear #2 choice after Gruden, but again... I have the feeling he's not interested in even talking to us.

 

How the hell did they manage to go 0-12?

 

Did he get a lot of players off those good teams or the one that just went 0-12?
