Broke term of bond is why, not because he smoked weed in and of itself. If you've followed this at all this week, then you know its about to be a circus. The current judge is crazy and he and the da hate each other.
Was no drinking a part of his bond term? I'd rather he smoke than drink. You don't hear about too many potheads beating their kids.
