An interesting point about Golden that could extend to much of the team... getting 30 plus minutes per night out of the starters. We see teams that have a huge drop off from starters to bench players keep their starters in for much of the game (see Ohio State last year). Obviously we are nowhere near as good as OSU was, but I've wondered about how much time these guys can actually play and be effective. Pearl always liked to go real deep, but I honestly don't think there is anything to prove that an effective strategy.I hadn't been paying much attention to the pre-season chatter, but I'm pleasantly surprised to hear that about Kenny. He's pretty much bearing all of our weight in the post.
