I said he would be an elite weak-side shot blocker. I thought he would rebound well. I thought he would struggle to have a post game because he's skinny, and I didn't think his jumper was good enough to be a really good offensive player. I was clearly wrong about the his jumper and his offensive ability.

 

Also, while I'm admitting I'm wrong, this was my post on him pre-NBA Draft:

My response now:

1.) I was absolutely, 100% wrong about his offensive game. He's actually very good, and I flat didn't see that coming and was wrong.

2.) I was wrong about him guarding his position as well.

I've clearly underestimated him and admit I was wrong.

I think it's a push. It's not like either of them play "Kobe ball". Difference is I think Davis could be the centerpiece on title winning team.
