Who said that? Pretty much all of these, so far, have been shown to have more to the story than whatever is being claimed, and with very little digging at that. You said yourself on multiple occasions that you prefer to wait and see how things shake out, why shouldn’t I wait and see what the full story is on these claims before I form my opinion?
All politicians are liars is what I’ve been told. A healthy skepticism seems to be a good way for all of us to approach the political world these days.

I want stuff cleaned up and taxpayer money directed the right direction and fema helping NC, OH, and Cali and not spending millions on nyc hotels. I haven’t seen you guys post anything like that and you wonder why there is a divide. We’ve known govt and politicians are crooks and somebody from outside of their protected circle would need to bring them down. I don’t care which side they are on and who does it. I’d have gone to vote for Biden if he was doing this.
I do not know the truth yet on the FEMA 59M spending but am not 100% confident in Musk and the Trump FEMA director. I look forward to Musk reviewing and cutting NASA spending on SpaceX. I expect something like, We reviewed ourselves and found no waste.
I don’t care about spaceX or Elon. The hotel thing has been known for a long time. There’s no telling how much has been spent. Likely entire hotels rented out in NYC. All of the $ spent on hotel housing should have gone to tax paying Americans who were hit with disasters. Seems I recall FEMA saying after hurricane in florida that they didn’t have the funding to help. But there’s money for millions of hotels.
That’s a problem you should take up with Congress though, not FEMA. FEMA didn’t take money from disaster relief and give it to hotels, they directed money in the way it was approved by Congress to be directed. My issue is that it’s being framed as FEMA misdirecting funds, and that’s not what’s happening
The Roosevelt Hotel, 4* in NYC, has been a hub and taken in more than 160,000 immigrants. The hotel is owned by the Pakistani gov’t. NYC paid 220M to Pakistan for a 3 year lease to house immigrants a couple years ago.

I don't think I have ever said Elon (or similar) were evil. 3. I am tired of the FUD, half truths, misleading information being presented. 4. I am frustrated that people continue to rely on social media, opinion-slanted media and podcasts, alternate facts as truth. 5. I don't agree that blowing shit up is the most effective way to make things more efficient or less corrupt.

That’s still a big jump to make without any proof yet. Not saying you are wrong but I’m gonna have to see more than I’ve seen so far.
The misuse of PPP loans during Trump’s first term was a disaster but I don’t really blame Trump. It’s more about our legislative branch’s unwillingness to govern as to why we have so many issues with handling big problems. These issues that are being brought up about FEMA are no different. It’s semantics at this point. I hope they do get it all cleaned up but it’s beyond any president at this point.
