Ok, so say you have your traditional ISP. You have wireless at home. Say a public utility comes along with their own Internet, only real difference is that you can get wifi anywhere in the city. Would you pay an extra $20 for wifi all over the city?
An extra 20 on top of your normal internet bill? I suppose it might still be a moneysaver if you switched off your cellphone data plan.
I'm kind of a dual-city guy that travels a lot at the moment, so I wouldn't go for it. Once I get a little more sedentary, seems like a good idea.
