And I called a loss to wazzu, at home, following a nice win Friday night against top 25 Washington.

Classic cuonzo.

 

I still want to see him lead Cal on some tourney runs, just so some of the boosters can see how big of fools they are.

 

I have nothing against Cuonzo, moreso against the people who for some reason make him out to be some great coach

 

I think he's a good coach.

 

he's somewhere in between what the extreme camps think. certainly worse coaches out there. if he could just fix whatever it is that makes his teams suffer those random bizarre losses.

he has one legit pac-12 player on the team until bird returns. beating UW was the anomaly, not losing to WSU.

I too would like to see this call/no-call.

 

Only thing I can come up with is the referee either struck Cuonzo in the testicles, or more likely he slapped his wife. Nothing else stands out as a possibility.

 

He's not a total disaster, but I'm certainly very glad he's gone. I'm sure it's the same way I'll feel about Butch when we part ways with him after year 5 (A.D. 2036).
