the sad part is this was surely a prepared speech and he's still saying dumb things.

Just confirms that no one is actually listening to what anyone says anymore. Everyone's minds are already made up.

His 2nd "campaign reset" is starting off wonderfully.

I am beginning to think Warren and Sanders are in cahoots and that eventually their campaigns will merge

They certainly seem on the same page and I think this benefits Warren more than Sanders, who won't be able to shake the crazy old white guy look. I'm really starting to think it's going to be Warren. Biden is, well, Biden. Harris doesn't seem to have a very coherent platform and some serious negatives as a DA. It'll be Warren and a thousand discussions on the appropriateness of calling her "Pocahontas".

Sanders is just too much of an angry old man that seems to hate people.

I don't blame him, as I will likely be the exact same, but tough to get elected President when you are one.

I hardly listen to Rogan's podcast but the episode with Bernie came up as trending and I clicked to watch.

Bernie makes some good points about the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry in the first few minutes. Even made some good points overall. Then goes absolutely mad with free college, eliminating college debt by taxing wall street, free this, free that. Shit, why doesn't he just come out and say he's, in essence, a communist?

It's a good question. The anti-Trump acolytes would accept it at this point. There's never going to be a better time unless they are just too married to incrementalism.

probably because he's not. there is a lot of programming to make anything left of center be labelled communist. if he is communist, so is most of the western world.

In communism, there is no private enterprise whatsoever. programs to distribute benefits is not inherently communist, or even adjacent. communism is an economic system.

Bernie doesn't hide his views. He's a democratic socialist and has said as much many times.
