I'm not getting it. The only way it happens is if

1) He absolutely shines and burns Alabama like white phosphorous

2) He miraculously stays healthy


I don't see either thing happening, but ESPN and others see him as the apparent competitor to Barkley.

Of the dual threat Big 10ers, Antwan Randel El was twice the player and didn't get near the attention imo jmho.

His Heisman hype ends about 8 minutes into the second quarter in Dallas, when he's helped off the field.

He is a dynamic runner but a mediocre passer. I think Michigan will be better when he's gone.

 

They played in the noon ESPN2 game almost every Saturday and I didn't have anything better to do but watch the guy run around against slow Minnesotans and the like.

 

He and Seneca Wallace were fun to watch in college.

I loved watching Seneca, Antwan, Joe Hamilton, Woody Dantztler... even Jared Lorenzen entertained me.

From 1998-2001 there were a lot of fun QBs in college football.

 

Wasn't Dantzler the first 1,000/1,000 QB, mr trivia man?
