Derrell Scott and Dewayne Hendrix absent from practice

According to VQ their status with team is unknown.

 

Hendrix would be a big loss.

Hendrix has not seemed very happy as of late.

 

I can't say I blame him. He's not been on the field near enough

Wonder if they are taking care of academics? Finals are soon, and you have to wonder who is under the microscope because of grades.

 

Hope so. Don't see either getting significant reps in the bowl game but it would be nice to have them practicing. However, they need to take care of whatever issue there is so they can get back to the team.

They need to play him opposite of Barnett instead of behind him on the depth chart.

Scott must have fear of competition with Kamara and other backs coming in.

 

Or wonder why the hell he wasn't playing the last half of the year.

 

He's had a cast on his hand for like the last 3-4 week, IIRC. He's been injured most of the year.

 

Id be more worried about losing Josh Malone. Especially since it looks like Preston Williams might not be a lock (and has a blown knee) and we missed on Van Jefferson. Won't have Pig and Pearson a lot longer, either.

 

How can anyone think about roster problems when our coach is kneeling on the sideline in a General Neyland like manner?
