Dormady Rumor

Last night on Basilio's call in show someone called and brought up the rumor that after the season Dormady is transferring to TCU. Basilio and some of the other hosts seemed like they had heard the rumor and said something about promises that were made by Butch that haven't happened. I know that Butch is recruiting some nice qb's, but I keep hearing how special Dormady is going to be when he gets the chance to play. Anyone heard anything on this?

 

Wouldn't be surprised at all.

 

Wonder what those promises might have been.

It's not a new thing and Dormady was a guy Bajakian found and recruited.

 

Would definitely suck...that's for sure.

 

Heard it over a month ago.

 

He isn't the first UT QB to have this problem with Butch.

 

I guess I put in a prop bet for TCU to win the National Championship next year.

 

Can't fault him at all. It's best for him.

 

This will likely be a recurring trend so long as he keeps playing tenure over talent while selling a different line.

The way we handle our QB's is probably the most confusing thing about this staff.

 

Maybe we can keep Dormady and trade Butch and Dobbs for Patterson?

 

A little more concerned with what happens at RB. Do we have some studs coming in? We've probably got one more year out of Hurd and this isn't some system where any RB can excel. Get a guy that can't break 90% of tackles and this offense is sunk.

 

I like Hurd a lot, but I think we'd be better off with more of a shifty guy. I know that Kamara was supposed to be this guy, but he hasn't really impressed me all that much.

 

Carlin Fils-Aime is averaging 14+ yards a touch and has 20 some odd touchdowns through 8 games. This isn't a great recruiting class of tailbacks, but the one Tennessee has may be the best one in 2016

 

Does he play against legit competition? I don't follow recruiting at all.
