It sounds funny to point out but I'll go ahead and say it. This is the way an AD is supposed to operate! Based on the prior twenty years or so, that statement alone is absurd. I didn't realize how lost we were until reading about a man named Bob Broadhead(seriously) and how he stirred up trouble at LSU by demanding the same once taking theory AD job in the early 80s.
