Very similar. Appy State felt like UAB. Florida comeback felt like LSU comeback. Real difference is barely beating UGA instead of barely losing to Bama.

What's the point in keeping him? Could anyone provide a legitimate argument that he is going to fill the trophy case (excluding Bristol trophies and taxslayer rings).

If you're coaching for your job in '17 and couldn't win with the talent you have in '16.... Go ahead and do what needs to be done. No way the Vols are better next year than this year.

 

If a coach is on the hot seat it's best to go ahead and part ways. No highly rated recruit is going to play for a dead man walking
