Shows, people or movies you are supposed to like, but don’t. They aren’t great or funny. Ghostbusters. The one with the female Chris Farley was better. Yellowstone—mumble grumble [breasts]. Teeter. Jimmy. The music montage as they are running cattle. Random Asians hanging off a cliff and need help. Random Harley riders on a piece of the property and get their ass beat. It’s a soap opera for males. Y’all should grab your Truly and watch it together.
From the earlier thread, I do not understand why people like Woody Allen. I also never liked Seinfeld or 30 Rock. Or Arrested Development. Honestly the only sitcom I’ve enjoyed in the last few years is The Good Place—most of them are bad.
I’ll see a show, watch it for 5 minutes and wonder how people enjoy it. Then I’ll look and it’s been on for 10 years.
fair enough. I’m not Indy or smiff and need to explain to you why you’re wrong, but nevertheless wrong
Seinfeld is a bit before my time. 30 Rock is average, imo. But Arrested Development? Have you watched the whole thing? It's admittedly a bit slow at first, but it takes off and is hilarious, imo. Buster is one of my favorite characters of any show, ever.
