My buddy has been doing some remodeling in the old Chris Craft boat plant in Chattanooga. The building is being donated by the owners to a charity. 10/17/2006 - Remembering Chris-Craft of Chattanooga - Memories - Chattanoogan.com Anyway, in one of the old offices, a faded newspaper clipping is tacked on a bulletin board. The date is too faded to be read. It appears to be from Milan, TN. Headline: Two Giant Lizards Shot In Tennessee Googles searches produce nothing about this incident. Anyone one from that area familiar with this story? I have never heard of such in Tennessee.
