LBJ beat great teams to get to his first three Finals. But either way, I doubt people give the Warriors much credit for beating good-yet-inferior teams. Who's the greatest, toughest opponent that Jordan carried them over? The Knicks? The Utah Jazz?
It seems to me like Jordan was better at taking care of business against inferior teams, while LBJ is more likely to lead an inferior team to victory over a better one. Depends on how one defines greatness. (And I suspect the answer, as IP said, is championships, period. If the Warriors win enough, it'll be interesting to see whether people stop caring about context and just count rings.)
