Saying if he doesn't get a waiver for this year, which I don't see how he does, he'll just enter the draft. I doubt he ever plays another down of college football.

Haha ... so Mizzou "ran off" the best player on their team due to circumstances beyond his control. Sounds legit.

If they give him a waiver based upon those reasons, they shouldn't even bother having the rule on the books making people sit out a year. It will save everyone the farce of the justifications given for getting a waiver.
