Fireworks are banned and yet widely available here. Weird. It is legal to sell and own them, not to discharge them.

 

I'm not sure about how legal our setting off of them will be later on. My mom's is the last house in the city limits. I'm kind of thinking it's not allowed, but I've never heard of anyone being ticketed arrested or whatever anywhere in town.
