Brine it the night before, cook it at high heat for a little while then drop the temp. Use a thermometer. Comes out juicy and delicious
Don't know what is was about this year but I ate so much damn stuffing and pumpkin pie yesterday. (not together) I hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving.
Do trash can turkey and enjoy. Cooks in like a little over an hour and the skin is crispy and the bird stays juicy
