I know what you're thinking. No, I'm not talking about what happens between NYY and Tenny in the backseat at highway rest stops. We already have plenty of threads dedicated to that and many more to come, I'm sure. I'm talking grilling. With this unseasonably warm weather, my grill has seen its first action in months. Have slayed some bbq salmon as well as those pre-marinated chicken breasts from Food City. Cheating? Maybe. Delicious? Heck ya. So what's on your grill? For me, it doesn't get much better than grilling cheeseburgers and drinking a cold beer on a beautiful day. I'm still a pretty novice griller. Aficionados may scoff at my Sears gas grill, but I love it. So feel free to throw in any tricks of the trade. Here's to warm weather, and here's to meat cooked over fire.
