They thought what we (whoever that is) were wrong the first time. UT was painted as the bad guy. Not hiring Freeze isn't gonna change that in their mind. I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for retractions.

That's my concern. Once he lands a big time gig, I'm afraid that more stories/accusations will come out that have been held back for the last year.

 

Im wondering given Fulmer's extensive career in this league and across this region specifically in recruiting, how this gets overlooked if that's what will happen.

Some guy (not) named Nathanael Rutherford on the radio is saying it's Freeze.

 

Saban, LSU and 3 other SEC Schools wanted him last year. I suspect a few of them have done their home work.

 

Incidentally, I've been very surprised in all this discussion of the morality of coaches that no one has discussed Pruitt's own somewhat checkered history. Specifically his alleged involvement with coeds at UGA that resulted in pregnancy.

I get that people don’t want Freeze, but it will be more than a little sad to see Alabama or Auburn hire Freeze and we hire Lindsey or promote Friend.
