I honestly had a hard time believing this wasn't a joke.

 

It happens to the best of us. Got one my freshman year fall of 2011 for being at a house party in the fort when the cops raided the place. Was maybe two beers deep and very honest with the cops but they still gladly sentenced me to a 90 dollar fine. Judge practically laughed at my "crime" during court and just told me to pay court costs and the charge was completely dismissed. Essentially it was a glorified speeding ticket. If you are a dumbass you get what you deserve but there is a true witch hunt being ran by KPD now to write as many MIPS as possible.
