Can anyone recommend a good residential HVAC contractor in the Middle Tennessee area? With temps already in the mid-80's I don't want to suffer through another blistering summer. I live in southwest Nashville, and have a 50's 1100 sq ft ranch home. Thanks for any direction,
It's a '91. Bought the house two years ago and got a break on the home price because it was so old. Works fine until it hits 82-3+ and then usually freezes up. I've cleaned the coils, had the coils cleaned, keep filters changed, charged with freon and all are patches - it has seen better days.
Im a licensed Home Inspector. Let me ask around, I may can dig up some options. 21 years old Id say she's near the end. Some of them don't last 15.
