Butler stealing second was one of the funnier things I've seen in some time.

 

They seem as surprised as anyone when they hit homeruns. Someone goes yard and the dugout is looking at each other with big eyes like, Holy shit man! Hilarious

 

I'm a huge fan of Bochy.

 

I am as well. However, Showalter has the magic hand right now.

They are entertaining to watch. If (when) the Cards go out, I'll pull for them no doubt.

 

This fall is going to be interesting, because we have two mutually exclusive shitfests that can happen. Our fall has been going so badly, I expect the Cards to catch lightning in a bottle and win the whole damn thing. Again. Just to piss on my face.

However, if they win, you will have a great thing happen in an otherwise craptastic fall and if they lose to crap all over you, I will at least get some pleasure in that.

Bumgarner ... damn. Posey yelled "3!" and he slung that [itch bay] into the bullpen. I will say that no one in that stadium or in America expected Ramos to bunt in that spot with two strikes though.

 

I agree. And Bumgarner is the goat today, but that lays on the feet of Posey. Know the situation.
