I'm thinking you are right. The older lady appears to be legit. The babe appears to "sell" them because she is in the commercial.

Apparently the older blonde ended up getting a reality show on A&E out of this too.

 

A lot of the people in the market for a mobile home have never seen a woman like that in person. Heck, I'd go down there and walk through a few of them with her if it wasn't too far out of the way.

A&E tried at one time several years ago to make a TV show out of it. I saw 2 episodes of it, it was OK.
