Jumper Granted Extra Year of Eligibility

Didn't see this posted anywhere. I hope he continues to make huge improvements if he's just going to be an extra body on the field for two more years.

I'm convinced Someone is not happy with UT fans....

... but I wish he would have found another tackle in that oklahoma game. Because damn, he cost us.

 

He didn't cost us the Oklahoma game, Butch cost us the Oklahoma game.

 

I'll never forget the helpless feeling of watching last year's Alabama game from my vantage point in the 5th row of the north endzone, with Jumper helplessly chasing dudes sideline to sideline and then either missing the tackle or just get effing flattened by a pulling lineman.

 

NCAA: "Wouldn't it be hilarious if we granted him an extra year..."

Doesn't matter. They'll let Jumper start until we lose a couple of SEC games, then burn a guy's redshirt against some OOC cupcake.

 

By doing things like playing Colton Jumper.

He shouldn't have been on the field in 2015. Last year, I think every scholarship linebacker had either knee, ankle or shoulder surgery by week 5 other than him
