Yes, but a guy that has just been fired from Memphis doesn't really have a lot of options

 

I've gotta think a guy like Porter won't have trouble getting on somewhere as an assistant.

Definitely, who would want to hitch their star to his wagon. If Porter was to join the staff and Dooley fails next year like I expect him to Porter would have an even harder climb back up the ranks.

 

I was more or less poking fun at Fulmer and his "turning down" of prospective jobs.
