Merry Christmas

You really need those last two days to appreciate the discipline of the other days.

Rest and reset, there’s nothing wrong with that.

 

It's definitely shown how much of a difference it's made. I've lost 60+ lbs. this year and the last couple of days are really the only days I've gone off the rails with eating a lot/sweets/etc. and it's thrown me off big time.

I totally relate to the off days mindset. I am going through it now with our travels.

well you didn't gain 60 pounds in 2 days. you're still way ahead for the year and have now built in a little cushion you know you can lose next year. you're fine. Christmas is over, back on the wagon.

Nice work! I hear you on the sweets. I was really disciplined this year on the proper Christmas meals, but the sweets got me. I'm sugar's [itch bay].

 

All I got for Christmas this year was a new sweater and sex. And both were way too damn big for me.
