    I lucked out with my MIL. She's my drinking buddy at family get togethers. I get along with her much better than I do with my mom.

    Merry Christmas to everyone.

    Surprised my son with an Xbox Series X. We had him 100% convinced that he wasn't getting one then brought out the surprise gift after he'd opened everything else. It was a fun morning.

    Me too. We’re not drinking buddies but from some of the horror stories I’ve seen from friends who hate their MIL, I have to say, I really love my MIL.

    I, too, love my in-laws. Dad was my golfing buddy till he got too old and couldn't play any longer.

    Mom was a hell of a cook. I miss her.
