Mike Tyson's Punch Out

The Fallon bit got me wondering.....

Did any of you actually ever beat Mike Tyson? I never came close.

 

I could hit him, but I never beat him. I play it every once in awhile on my Mac.

Bit his ear off after Lane counted him out.

I've seen it beaten in person, but I have a tough time getting past King Hippo.

In awe. And chuckling beech.

 

I had him in the red right before the damn uppercut. Never beat him.

 

I could get to him even without the code, but could not beat him.

 

I couldn't pass him as a kid, but I figured his fat ass out when I got an emulator

 

Simple. When he opens his mouth, punch, when he blocks, then hit it belly.

I'm assuming you guys also didn't know if you hit Bald Bull on his charge you could knock him down? Definite risk reward there though.

Did you have to? I don't recall it was a must.

 

I wouldn't know how else to knock him down 3 times

 

I can't get my guy to respond quick enough. Might be too old of a controller.

 

You can beat the first encounter of Bald Bull without stopping his charge, I believe. Second time, he doesn't give you a choice.

 

Makes sense.

 

I actually beat Tyson the first time I fought him, I was pretty impressed with my 8-9 year old self. If i recall correctly, Great Tiger was awfully difficult for me, and I managed to breeze through the rest.

 

Its the controller.
