Another disingenuous share making the rounds On facebook: The obvious difference, which a lot of these people fully understand, is that the pictures of Rittenhouse cleaning up graffiti were from earlier in the day, before the shooting. The photo shows his reasons for being in Kenosha weren’t nefarious, which makes the first-degree INTENTIONAL homicide charge more difficult to believe. The photos, along with the videos of him saying he’s there to protect a business and offer medical support to protesters, will all be used by the defense in court, should it get to that point. Yet disingenuous people are sharing it (and similar examples of Ted Bundy), knowing that less intelligent, easily manipulated folks will read it and think “YEAH! Why are people trying to defend this little white supremacist?!””
Intentional is based on the root intent. He could have cleaned up graffiti, distributed aide, or anything else, without the weapon. Since all of his actions, while having that weapon, were done while committing a crime... his reasons don't really matter. His actions were criminal.

eh, part of it was that the hulls of boats don't have the same wake profiles. so if they all go the same speed, some will be generating large wakes that can interact to amplify one another. a boat parade of wildly different boat types is gonna run into this kind of problem if they all try to go the same speed instead of whatever each hull's no wake speed is.
