Netflix Streaming Recommendations/TV Talk

Once again, luke cage ends the season on a low. Decent, not great.

 

He's just kind of a boring character. I need some martial arts or some crazy gun violence.

 

I haven't watched the new Jessica Jones or the new Luke Cage. They have just progressively lost steam with me.

 

Jessica Jones was alright, but Dare Devil and Defenders are the best of that niche.

 

Daredevil is my favorite.

I want Moon Knight

 

Dang. I really liked the first season.

 

You may see it differently. The ending is totally unsatisfying and there’s a ton of random limb amputation for no real reason other than shock value. Also, the plot seemed really predictable. Basically every episode was kind of the same thing. Billy Bob makes a break in the case. Bad guys come and kill everyone to destroy the evidence. Same thing next episode.

 

I thought season one went downhill after cottonmouth got relegated. Other dude was too typical revenge psycho

Gonna start season 2 soon

 

Jessica Jones 1 was a lot better than 2, but that’s a good character

 

Defenders relied too much on their terrible Iron Fist, but I enjoyed it

 

What’s so bad about Iron Fist?

 

He sucks

 

Sounds like they are trying to rewrite the first season in a shitty fashion.

Character? Actor? Storyline?

 

So in the theater for Sicario2, they had a preview for a movie from the makers of Stranger things. Involved 2 brothers, aliens, etc. Cant remember the name but looked decent.

 

Yeah.

 

Not on Netflix, but anybody watching Yellowstone? I like it enough to keep watching but unbelievably corny at times.

 

Westworld season 2 was awesome. Slow burn again, but wow.
