New avatar suggestions welcome

Is this done? I grabbed this screenshot from a video on Facebook because the 12yo in me couldn't stop giggling. I submit this for consideration.

 

At the risk of sounding incredibly over-dramatic and cheesy, I told myself back in 2011/2012-ish that I would keep the black and white tattered flag avatar and would refrain from uploading anything orange and white until we were officially "back" as a program.

I think this season has warranted a change.

If IP or any of the mods here can make this happen it would be appreciated. I cannot for the life of me get it re-sized to under 4.9 KB and still make it look halfway decent.

I've changed avatars again, but I would love to know what program/format IP uses to keep that quality at 4.9 KB. My best guess is some sort of sorcery.

 

My guess is that as admin i am not restricted when editing avatars.

4.9kb is tiny. I need to look into how to change that to give a bit more leeway
