Now, when you add someone to your ignite list: 1. You won't see any of their posts - unless someone quotes them (and we're working on killing seeing any replies to the ignored person(s) posts, too) even the bit about "You can't read this because the user is on ignore" will show up. It's like they don't exist. 2. Everyone now has an "Ignore List" button on their postbit (on your avatar, beside posts), and if you click on it, you can see anyone that they have on ignore. Why? The Ignore function has existed since the inception of the site. If anything, this only makes it more effective, but also entirely transparent.
Did not know, carry on. Just the whole "own it" thing, had hoped that people would not feel the need to use this.
As do I, and as do others. Surely everyone understands that you ar neither physically nor permanently exiling anyone.
Although permanent exile would add some excitement to the feature, especially if the board was notified... Would people in exile be able to communicate with one another and plan an incursion?
