What if McDaniels is just staying for his dream job (HC at NE)? That is a better job than HC of the colts.

 

Is it? Brady and Gronk are probably done here very soon and there's no way he equals the success of his predecessor even with those guys.

 

His family is there and he knows the place in and out. It's where he wants to be.

 

Well, he's not working for Irsay, so yeah.
