I’ll give the Jets credit for trying. This will be their fourth attempt in the past decade to land a franchise quarterback. Tip of the cap to the Colts front office who picked up three second round picks to move back three spots.

I read it was to be a returner, first and foremost, and he may or may not get a chance to do anything else.

 

Its really what he is best at. I could see them using him on some screens designed for him as well.

 

Returner and a gadget play guy. Hell, he lined up at RB a few times in Minnesota while Adrian Peterson was still there. New England will find creative ways to get him the ball if he sticks with them

 

They'd have to do some different things on offense to make him useful. Not sure it's worth it for them to mess with things.
