I'm assuming you're talking about a cop car and not a PT Cruiser? What happens in that situation? Is it treated like any other accident?
Always felt the "if you get in an accident, it is your fault regardless" bit was bogus. Was dude following you too closely and you had to lock them up, or just not paying attention?
Here's a story to brighten your day Bronco Billy. A state trooper stops a 70 year old lady for speeding and notices on her license she has a permit to carry. He asks her if she has a weapon, and she discloses she has a .45 auto in the glove box. Her body language tells him there may be more so he asks if there is another, and she says, "got a Glock 9mm in the console". Anything else? He asks. She says there is a .38 special in my purse.
