Downside is I doubt the occupants of those lands are going to stay there and drown. Which means they move inland. Closer to you.
Where are these maps? I live on the side of a sizeable hill. Mountain-esque, you might say. I'm wondering if I could end up with property near the beach.
Saweet! Looks like I might be beachfront or at least nearby. What again can I do to increase my carbon footprint? Will burning my wife's styrofoam collection help speed this up?
Buy the biggest ass truck you can, eat a lot of beans and fart a lot, and raise a herd of cows and pigs.
Yeah,I was just joking, I hope to sell my house as ocean front property. I'm about 4-6 feet above sea level, so it won't take much.
Lord, Dollywood, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg all on the coast. I'm going to go start a fire fire and invest in whichever companies makes airbrushing rigs.
I think that's called Myrtle Beach. Edit: I went to Carolina Beach with my parents a couple of years ago because I promised them I would to "try it out". The boardwalk there is the most Pigeon Forge thing outside of Pigeon Forge. It's literally Pigeon Forge on the coast, complete with air brush t-shirts, busted ass arcades, and fake jewelry. With the exception of a small donut shop that was life altering, it had zero redeeming qualities.
PCB is the biggest shit hole of all time. This summer I worked from PCB to Okaloosa Island but mostly on 30A. 30A is littered with rich assholes but I'd rather deal with them than the trash that frequent PCB.
I've not been to pcb in over 25 years. I was in high school at the time. I have no real desire to return.
